• A customers spot is locked in once they pay their deposit. All customers need to do is make sure their final balance is paid off 30 days before the start date of their trip.
• Once customers have put down a deposit for a tour, they are unable to cancel and re-book within a promotional period and TruTravels reserve the right to amend the pricing on any new booking customers make within that time.
• If customers wish to change any part of their booking after TruTravels’ confirmation invoice has been issued, customers must inform TruTravels in writing as soon as possible. This should be done by the first-named person on the booking. Whilst TruTravels does its best to assist, TruTravels cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet a customer’s requested change.
• If customers or any other member of a party decides to cancel the confirmed booking, customers must notify TruTravels in writing. A customers notice of cancellation will only take effect when it is received in writing by TruTravels at TruTravels’ offices and will be effective from the date on which TruTravels receive it. Since TruTravels incur costs in cancelling customers’ arrangements, they will have to pay cancellation charges.
