How do I check my order status?
You can check your order status by clicking on “My Orders”, click on the order, select view details and then only if your order has been shipped then you can click on, track to see where your order is.
Can I change or modify my order?
You can change or modify your order by cancelling it, exchanging items, changing the shipping address and getting a refund but you may not add any extra items. If your order has already been shipped, then you cannot do any of this.
How do I know if the clothes from SHEIN are my size or how do I know which size I should order?
SHEIN offers a size guide that correlates with the size you are according to the clothes they sell. All you have to do is scroll to the bottom of the site and select the size guide. Once you have clicked on that it’s time to start finding your measurements to find your size according to SHEIN.
What if the item I wanted is out of stock?
If that item has not been restocked in two weeks of it stating it is out of stock, then SHEIN has probably stopped selling it. If you add the item to your “Wishlist” then you will be notified immediately when that item has been restocked.
Why have my points on SHEIN disappeared?
SHEIN points have an expiry date on them so to prevent this you must check when they expire at “My points” on the site.
