The item I ordered is out of stock. Why is it on the website?
All Myprotein stock depends upon availability. Myprotein wants customers to be able to order and receive the products they love effortlessly, so Myprotein always aims to let customers know if an item is out of stock. Now and again there can be an unexpected delay, if so, Myprotein will get in touch to let customers know.
Can I make changes to my cart?
Absolutely! Click on the cart icon at the top of the page and customers should be able to see the item(s) they have in there so far. Customers can use the + button to stock up on their favourite items, or the – button if they’ve selected too many. If customers want to remove an item completely then click the x button.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Myprotein’s Customer Service team is always on hand to provide support and guidance. All orders have to be placed through a customers’ online account but they’re more than happy to jump right in and do it for customers

Can I place an order to a different address?
Absolutely, customers can select a delivery address at the checkout stage. Customers’ orders will automatically default to any saved addresses but customers can choose to add a new one.
