• If the delivery rider or MetroMart’s customer support team made a reasonable effort to contact a customer through their mobile numbers or email customers provided after arriving at customers’ delivery address, then customers may not be eligible for a credit card refund.
• Should there be items that are out of stock or replaced which would make customers’ final bill lower than the charged amount, MetroMart will initiate the refund of the excess amount. The refund will reflect back in customers’ accounts within 5-30 days for credit card transactions and 30-45 days for debit card transactions.
