• International customers must cover the cost of shipping goods back to Joanie. Customers may use any courier they wish, however, customers are entirely responsible for the returned goods until they are signed for at Joanie’s warehouse – please ensure that when sending the return, customers provide all customs information that is required for delivery to the UK. International returns must reach Joanie’s warehouse within 28 days of receiving an order.
