Will the flowers arrive on the date I requested?
FloraQueen always does everything in its power to ensure orders arrive on the date and times indicated by FloraQueen’s clients. However, sometimes FloraQueen have to deal with external factors that prevent FloraQueen from meeting its objective. If customers paid the supplement for their bouquet or plant to arrive at its destination on time, a customers order will be given priority treatment and delivered as urgently as possible.
What quality of standard can I expect from the flowers?
All the florists FloraQueen work with have been selected for the quality of the products they offer. FloraQueen’s goal is for FloraQueen’s bouquets to always contain the freshest flowers. Nonetheless, occasionally the flower quality may be affected by factors beyond FloraQueen’s control. If customers have received flowers that do not meet the quality standards they expected, please send FloraQueen a photo of the product and their order number. FloraQueen will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
How can I request an invoice?
To request an invoice for an order, customers should start a session in their FloraClub profile and enter the “Previous Orders” section. Once customers have selected their order, they will see the “Request an Invoice” option. When customers click on this option a page will appear allowing customers to introduce their details and obtain their invoice.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Customers can modify their order details or cancel their order while it still appears as ‘Created’ in their personal account area. If a customers order status is ‘Being’ prepared, this means that one of FloraQueen’s florists has already started work on it, so FloraQueen cannot make any changes or cancel it.
Why have I received a different additional product to the one I ordered?
As FloraQueen use an extensive network of florists all over the world, FloraQueen sometimes cannot guarantee a specific brand in the products that will be added to the order. In addition, it is possible that these products will not be exactly the same as those that appear in the photos published. But don’t worry, FloraQueen assure customers that they will always be of a similar quality to those customers see on FloraQueen’s website.
