• To be eligible for a return, a customer’s item must be unused and in the same condition that they received it. It must also be in the original packaging and shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If customers are approved, then their refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to their credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
