• Boozy only delivers to fixed addresses. Boozy does not meet up in pickup points. If Boozy determines that a customers address is a pickup point, Boozy has the right to cancel the order.
• Customers may opt to have their order re-delivered for a fee amounting to ₱200.

• Sale items and promo items are non-returnable.
• Returns and corresponding refunds shall not be accepted unless the products are delivered to customers with defects or damages. Only unused and unopened products with manufacturer damage are valid for returns. Wear and tear on packaging such as boxes, seals, canisters and the like are not accepted.
• Boozy’s return policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since customers received their order, unfortunately Boozy cannot offer customers a refund or exchange as the items may have already been exposed to environmental factors out of Boozy’s control that may have contributed to the damage or defect.
• If products are eligible for a return, customers’ refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to their credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days depending on a customers bank’s turnaround time. For all cash payments, Boozy does not do refunds. Customers will receive store credit in the amount of the payment which they can use on the website for any future purchase.
• If customers haven’t received a refund yet, they should please contact their credit card company as it may take some time before their refund is officially posted. If customers have done this and they still have not received their refund yet, please contact Boozy at ask@boozy.ph

What happens if I order outside your operation hours?

Customers are always free to place an order even outside Boozy’s operating hours but Boozy will start processing it once Boozy resume operations. For orders that involve standard shipping within Metro Manila or Nationwide, customers are free to order anytime and their order will be processed within the shipping time frame given.

Is there a minimum amount for my order?

Yes. The minimum order for Metro Manila is ₱499 before shipping fees.

Can I send an order to another person as a gift?

This is possible as long as the order is pre-paid and the recipient is informed that he/she will receive something from Boozy. This option is not possible for cash on delivery.
