• Abenson can deliver gadgets and appliance orders nationwide, with the exception of select areas outside of Abenson’s logistics partners’ serviceable areas.
• If customers won’t be able to personally accept their order, they can authorise someone else to receive it. Customers should please provide an authorisation letter and a copy of their valid ID.
• If customers missed or failed to receive their delivery, Abenson will reschedule the delivery. Take note that Abenson will make a maximum of 3 attempts to deliver a customers order. The 3rd attempt will cost an additional shipping fee. Customers should keep their phones open for texts or calls from Abenson’s delivery crew as they will notify customers once they arrive.
• Abenson delivery period is as follows. For Metro Manila, kindly allow 1 to 3 working days for us to process and deliver orders. For Mega Manila and Luzon, kindly allow 3 to 7 working days for us to process and deliver orders. For Visayas and Mindanao, kindly allow 7-15 working days for Abenson to process and deliver orders.
• Upon delivery, Abenson requires customers to present 2 valid IDs.

• Processing for a refund through credit card, over-the-counter and Cash on Delivery transactions will be within 15-30 business working days. For Cash on Delivery and over-the-counter transactions, a refund will be subject to a check releasing. Customers can select their preferred Abenson store to claim the check. Abenson’s customer service agent will notify customers when it’s ready for release.
• Customers can return or exchange products if they received the wrong order or received a damaged or defective item.
• Customers should report damaged (physical damage, dents, scratches) or the wrong item within 24 hours to Abenson’s customer service team at (02) 8248-3200. Also, send a photo of the physical appearance of the product and packaging box to shop@abenson.com. Please report the defective item within 7 days after receiving the order to Abenson’s customer service team at (02) 8248-3200 or shop@abenson.com. Abenson’s customer service agent will get in touch and arrange the return request soon.
• Abenson offers no guarantee on the timeliness of the refunds. The processing of payment may take time depending on the guidelines provided by the respective banks and/or payment provider’s internal processing guidelines. All refunds are conditional upon Abenson’s acceptance of a valid return of the item.
• Abenson reserves the right to modify the mechanism of processing refunds at any time without notice. Abenson will not provide customers with a refund for certain goods which by nature cannot be returned. Such items include items that cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons once unwrapped (i.e. mattresses, bedding, personal grooming products, and etc.).
